All our premium server comes with an initial 1 month of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 month of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the server to server. You can use it on your server as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
Our server and scripts are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of FiveM. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, scripts, or servers. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after server or script files have been modified or third party scripts have been installed.
Support is about helping you to set up, configure and tweak your scripts, and make small modifications to make the server better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for Teamspeak servers, we do not provide support for any third-party scripts you might choose to use with your server. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your scripts.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Support is provided only on the Support Forum and Discord. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all the support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 10 days of purchase order. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.
“FiveM Store” reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
