  4. You have opened a support ticket for assistance and provided all necessary information to assist our team in troubleshooting the problem.

Membership Purchase Refund Policy

  • Membership purchases are final and non-refundable regardless of the use or perceived value of the membership services. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that it is non-refundable and you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • After the initial 10 days following the purchase of any digital product.
  • Issues that are unrelated to the functionality of our product, such as third-party software conflicts, hosting problems, or server malfunctions.
  • Problems related to Virtual Private Servers (VPS) that depend on third-party hosting services.

Clarifications Regarding Refunds

  • It is important to distinguish between a faulty item and difficulties arising from user error. An error message or difficulty in configuring the product to your specific needs does not necessarily mean the product is broken.

Preventative Measures Before Refund Request

  • Ensure you have adequately understood the functionalities and requirements of the product by reviewing the product’s documentation.
  • Check that your server configuration meets the necessary standards outlined for the product’s optimal performance.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We understand that refund policies may be susceptible to abuse. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we ascertain that the refund policy is being exploited.
